Ehdex Print is a Singapore peer-to-peer, on-demand printing marketplace. It connects people who need documents printed — often urgently, or at odd hours when shops are closed — with nearby home-based owners of laser printers who have a machine sitting idle.
We accept mono and colour laser printers only. Pricing is competitive market print rates plus a small convenience fee for on-demand, anytime access — with a fair surcharge only on toner-heavy pages so printers aren't out of pocket. Every quote shows the full breakdown, including — honestly — when a print shop might be cheaper.
Delivery, done fairly. You set how far you're willing to reach for a printer, and the delivery fee is capped to that reach — you're shown it upfront. A printer further away can still accept your job and covers the extra distance themselves, so you get more printers able to serve you without ever paying more than the reach you set.
Ehdex Print is operated by Ehdex Pte. Ltd., a company incorporated in Singapore, and connects requesters with independent printer owners. The printing itself is carried out by those independent printer owners, not by Ehdex Pte. Ltd.
Every figure below is read from the live settings when this page loads — it is not typed out separately, so it cannot drift from what you are actually charged.
These rates will change. Ehdex is a small and growing network, and pricing moves with how many printers are available and how much demand there is — particularly at night, when far fewer printers are awake. A price you have already agreed at checkout is fixed: changes here only affect new quotes.
Each job is competitive market print rates plus a small base fee for the on-demand convenience. Toner-heavy pages (photos or full-colour) add a little so the printer isn't out of pocket on toner. A live rate can apply for how soon you need it (sooner is dearer, planning ahead is cheaper) and, at certain hours, an after-hours “owl rate”. The full formula is shown in every quote.
For large, simple jobs during opening hours, a shop often is — and we’ll tell you so. Ehdex Print earns its keep on convenience and odd-hours access, not on being the cheapest for everything.
You choose how far you're willing to reach for a printer, and the delivery fee is capped to that reach and shown before you confirm — you only ever pay the distance you set, never more. The nice part: a printer further away can still accept your job and covers the extra distance themselves. So a wider reach means more printers can serve you, without raising your fee beyond the cap you chose. Widening your reach also works the other way: it can bring printers into range whose own area doesn’t cover you — you just pay the normal distance fee, and they absorb nothing.

Most of what you pay goes directly to the printer partner who serves you — a real person nearby using their own machine and materials. Ehdex keeps a small commission to run the platform, match you to a printer, and support both sides. When you pay, you’re mostly paying the person doing the work.
Colour and mono laser printers only. Inkjet is out of scope.
Uploaded files are used only to fulfil your job and are automatically purged after 24 hours. Please only print documents you have the right to print.
You’re charged when a printer accepts your job. If you cancel within the grace window, or if a printer can’t complete it, you’re refunded. Any goodwill credit you hold is applied automatically to your next job.
Open the app, choose “Become a printer partner”, complete a short setup and a sample test page, and once approved you’ll start seeing nearby job offers.
That’s the whole idea — availability depends on which partners are online, but wee-hours printing is exactly the gap Ehdex Print exists to fill.
Ehdex Print (“the platform”) is operated by Ehdex Pte. Ltd., a company incorporated in Singapore. The platform is an intermediary that connects requesters with independent printer owners (“partners”); it facilitates and coordinates jobs and collects a commission, and does not itself perform the printing. Ehdex Pte. Ltd. collects payment from requesters as agent on behalf of the partner who fulfils each job, and remits the partner’s share after deducting its commission and any applicable fees.
You’re responsible for activity under your account and for providing accurate information. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or repeatedly cancel accepted jobs.
You confirm you have the right to print the documents you upload and that they don’t infringe copyright or any law. You are solely responsible for the content of your files. Files are purged automatically after 24 hours.
Prices are shown before you confirm. You’re charged when a partner accepts your job. Cancellation and refund terms are as described in the app at the time of booking.
Partners agree to print jobs faithfully, handle files confidentially, and hand over completed work as agreed. Commission is deducted from partner earnings as shown in the app.
No unlawful, infringing, or harmful material. We may remove jobs or accounts that breach these terms.
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, the platform’s liability is limited, and it is not responsible for the acts of independent partners or requesters. See the Disclaimer tab.
We may update these terms; continued use means acceptance of the current version.

Quotes and delivery estimates are indicative and provided in good faith, not guarantees. Ehdex Print charges competitive market print rates plus a convenience fee, so a job usually costs more than printing it yourself at a shop — and more still for toner-heavy (photo or full-colour) pages, which carry a small surcharge to keep printers whole. Any shop-price comparison shown is a rough reference only. Print quality depends on the partner’s equipment and your source file.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to print your documents. The platform is not liable for infringing or unlawful content submitted by users.
To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law, Ehdex Pte. Ltd. and the Ehdex Print platform exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service.
